Here are some Frequently Asked Questions 
that we have added to get you started  with Journeymax Executive  Travels Ltd

  • The client needs to send the ticket request with the travel dates and destination to our reservation email address on reservations@jmaxtravels.com.
  • A quote is then sent by our reservation team based on the information given by the client
  • If the client is ok with quote given by the team, the client would have to send the passport bio- data page in order for the ticket to be issued

To confirm your booking a down payment has to be made by the client. This will show your level of commitment towards the package booked. The full payment can therefore be made before the commencement of the tour.

Yes, payment can be made in the local currency either in cash or by card.

Refunds in relation to tours are based on the terms and conditions of that particular booked package.  Ticket Refunds are also based on the ticket rules. Once the ticket is refundable, it can been refunded.
